Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and if determined necessary, will send a replacement. We reserve the right to require photo proof.

Due to the consumable nature of soap and the price of shipping inexpensive items such as soap, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience, but will do our best to make it right in other ways.
